This old chalet, ideally located in the heart of Chamonix, has been completely reimagined to become a modern vacation spot, with the potential to evolve into a primary residence.

This old chalet, ideally located in the heart of Chamonix, has been completely rethought to become a modern vacation spot, with the potential to evolve into a primary residence.
The exterior has been preserved in its original state, simply refreshed with the painting of the facades and joinery. Inside, a total transformation: all the partitions have been removed to create a large open living space with a kitchen, living room, and office, structured by a glass roof.
The polished concrete floor and the wood added in touches — parquet and furniture — offer a balance between contemporary sobriety and warmth.
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor, with an optimized entry for the mountain (bench + storage), a ski room has been created at the back of the garage, and a small TV lounge is set up under the eaves.
