In collaboration with a high-end developer, Les Montagnardes were tasked with designing the overall identity of a new program located at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of the Carroz.

In collaboration with a high-end developer, Les Montagnardes were commissioned to design the overall identity of a new program located at the foot of the slopes, in the heart of Carroz.
Our intervention was comprehensive: creation of the graphic charter, selection of all materials, sanitary equipment, and development of four distinct atmospheres — Mountain, Nordic, Modern & Classic — to offer future buyers apartments that are both functional and unique.
One of the main challenges was to optimize the layout of a small show apartment, in order to provide all the comfort and the feeling of a more generous space. A wooden louver thus structures the entrance without enclosing it, allowing the perspective to flow towards the open kitchen and dining area. The volume of the kitchen is highlighted by a dark blue alcove paint, which adds depth and character.
In each room, a consistency of shades and materials creates a harmonious atmosphere. The bedrooms incorporate custom-made furniture: headboards with integrated storage, bunk beds in an alcove… everything has been designed to combine style and optimization.
