For this iconic mountain restaurant in Les Carroz, the renovation needed to preserve its charm while responding to new uses, without disturbing a loyal clientele. 

With a limited budget, we made the strong choice to repaint all the yellowed wood rather than replace it, and to reintroduce wood through custom furniture that rises along the walls to structure the space. 

The challenge: maintaining the number of seats while adding storage to accommodate helmets and clothing. Oak shelves running high and hooks above the benches provide practical and integrated solutions. 

We alternated between high and low tables to vary the atmospheres and added a playful touch with a wall covered in 3D-printed deer designs. 

A simple, clever project that has been very positively received by the clientele.
