A house, half-lake, half-mountain

You don't furnish a vacation home like a primary residence. When you only come a few months a year, you want everything to be simple to live with. Open spaces are prioritized for easy movement. The sliding glass doors, along the entire length of the house, invite you to enjoy the view, but also facilitate easy transition from indoors to outdoors. To live outside, we plan for the pool and spaces to shelter from the sun, as well as a pétanque court behind the house, a patio with a brazier, and a small shed as an annex. Here is how the Montagnardes completely rethought the universe of this house by the shores of Lake Annecy.
