At Café de Balme, the kitchen space highlights the La Cornue and Aga cooking ranges, which proudly stand at the center of the venue. Although the restaurant is no longer in operation, these ranges remain iconic elements, symbols of quality and authenticity. 

The combination of colorful cement tiles and the sky-blue enamel façade of the Aga creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. The custom hood, in black metal and hammered glass, elegantly conceals the hood of the La Cornue, adding a touch of modernity while preserving the traditional spirit. 

This harmonious blend of tradition and contemporary design makes this kitchen a true showcase, timeless yet current.
