We operate based on a clear and structured offer, which we call Project Mission Order. This is a fixed fee, defined according to the scope of the project, its location, and the level of support expected: from the layout study to the overall development, including the choice of materials and furniture. The decoration mission is already included in the project mission, so you will benefit from comprehensive support ranging from design to ambiance establishment of your interior.
Unlike other practices in the industry, our fees are not calculated as a percentage of the project costs, but are tailored for each project, with a focus on transparency and adaptability.
This formula guarantees you a clear vision of the framework of our intervention, from the outset, to move forward together with peace of mind.

The site coordination is subject to a mission order distinct from that of the design project. This separation offers you more flexibility: it allows you to decide the right moment to initiate this stage, based on the progress of the project and your constraints.
As with the project mission order, this is a fixed fee, determined according to the complexity of the site, the number of participants to coordinate, and the location of the project.
When the site monitoring is already ensured by a project manager or an external company, we can also offer a support service for implementation. In this case, our intervention is defined based on a fixed fee per meeting or trip, specified from the outset to ensure complete transparency.

This mission offers you comprehensive support in decoration and furniture layout. It includes the selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, as well as the ambiance setting of the spaces, which can go as far as delivery and installation on site.
This is an exclusively decorative service: it does not include the restructuring of plans or interior (or minor) renovation work.
As with our other missions, this offer is provided at a fixed price, determined based on the complexity of the project, the number of rooms involved, and the location of the property.

In parallel to our design or coordination missions, we offer occasional services at a fixed price, designed to meet specific needs.
The pre-purchase property visit: an intervention that allows you to benefit from a professional perspective before the acquisition. We assess with you the potential of the property, the possibilities for layout, the technical constraints, and the main budgetary lines to consider.
This service is offered starting from 500 € TTC (an amount that may vary depending on the location of the property).

Initiated by Hélène, a self-taught individual with an atypical background, the adventure has been built over the years. She has surrounded herself with complementary talents, forming today a team of state-certified interior architects, united by the same desire: to design living spaces that resemble you, authentic and deeply human.
From construction to renovation, through furniture, accessories, the art of living, and all the technical aspects of buildings, we accompany you with rigor, creativity, and good humor. We offer complete and turnkey projects, with a global mastery of the site, deadlines, and budgets, ensuring a smooth and serene realization, from the first sketch to the final touch.
We have also developed genuine expertise in two areas that are close to our hearts: kitchen design and custom-made curtains and upholstery textiles. Precise know-how, where every detail matters and where aesthetics never goes without functionality.
We mainly operate in Haute-Savoie, Savoie, as well as in French-speaking Switzerland and northern Italy, but our creativity knows no borders: we also support projects all over France and abroad.

Mission order - Project
We operate based on a clear and structured offer, which we call Project Mission Order. This is a fixed fee, defined according to the scope of the project, its location, and the level of support expected: from the layout study to the overall development, including the choice of materials and furniture. The decoration mission is already included in the project mission, so you will benefit from comprehensive support ranging from design to ambiance establishment of your interior.
Unlike other practices in the industry, our fees are not calculated as a percentage of the project costs, but are tailored for each project, with a focus on transparency and adaptability.
This formula guarantees you a clear vision of the framework of our intervention, from the outset, to move forward together with peace of mind.

Mission Order - Site Coordination
The site coordination is subject to a mission order distinct from that of the design project. This separation offers you more flexibility: it allows you to decide the right moment to initiate this stage, based on the progress of the project and your constraints.
As with the project mission order, this is a fixed fee, determined according to the complexity of the site, the number of participants to coordinate, and the location of the project.
When the site monitoring is already ensured by a project manager or an external company, we can also offer a support service for implementation. In this case, our intervention is defined based on a fixed fee per meeting or trip, specified from the outset to ensure complete transparency.

Mission Order – Decoration
This mission offers you comprehensive support in decoration and furniture layout. It includes the selection of furniture, lighting, accessories, as well as the ambiance setting of the spaces, which can go as far as delivery and installation on site.
This is an exclusively decorative service: it does not include the restructuring of plans or interior (or minor) renovation work.
As with our other missions, this offer is provided at a fixed price, determined based on the complexity of the project, the number of rooms involved, and the location of the property.

Supplementary package services
In parallel to our design or coordination missions, we offer occasional services at a fixed price, designed to meet specific needs.
The pre-purchase property visit: an intervention that allows you to benefit from a professional perspective before the acquisition. We assess with you the potential of the property, the possibilities for layout, the technical constraints, and the main budgetary lines to consider.
This service is offered starting from 500 € TTC (an amount that may vary depending on the location of the property).
Kitchen project mission
This mission offers you complete support for the design of your custom kitchen. It includes the creation of a personalized layout that meets your needs, the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment, as well as a precise estimate of the furniture, installation, and delivery. The price of this service is determined based on the scope of the project and is deducted from the final amount if you accept the entire project.
